Jake and Leann Chamberlain are entrepreneurs who own and operate small family businesses, building several into 7 figure companies. They have brought this expertise in management, leadership, acquisition, and exits to the investment syndication industry.

Jake and Leann are parents to 3 children: Cruze, Brooklyn, and Caleb. We believe that every one of us invests in the sacrifices that have built the life we enjoy today, so we all get to "work hard and play harder".

Some of the businesses that Jake and Leann have owned and operated include: Montessori Preschool and Childcare Center, Septic Tank Cleaning and Portable Toilet Service Company, Online and Mobile Home Decor Boutique, and Bed and Breakfast.

Alongside these businesses, Jake and Leann also invest in Multi Family Real Estate, Short Term Rentals, Commercial Real Estate, Carbon Capture, and Vacant Land.
