So why do I invest in real estate and businesses? Well I think there's four reasons right at the top that are really important to think about.

1. First of all it's a passive investment and what's so amazing about this and I think completely life changing is that we can invest in real estate or we can purchase businesses or a combination of both and get all of the benefits and income like we would in any normal acquisition but when we're investing passively, we don't have to deal with all of the headaches and the stress of daily operations and the hiring and retaining of staff and we're able to just sit back and take advantage of those benefits. There's nothing like passive income!

2. Second is bonus depreciation. So, I'm not going to go deep into what that is but the long and short of it is you have income and you owe the government taxes because of that income. When you receive bonus depreciation it allows you to take a large amount of money, almost equal to what you invested into that real estate or into that business and apply that against your income. So again we can get into it deeper at another time but the bottom line is huge tax savings! This is a huge benefit for investing in real estate and and businesses.

3. Third is the cash flow. So right along with investing passively real estate and businesses are incredible ways to add multiple streams of revenue to your income. You may have your your job that provides income or you may have some other investments like stocks where you may have some income. Investing into real estate or businesses or again a combination of both allows you to add more streams of income and this allows you to really scale your wealth and create a real difference in your life and the things that you're able to do in this life!

4. Lastly we are going to be able to multiply our equity. Simply put, our equity is the amount of money that we invested into this asset and according to whatever the business plan is for that business or that real estate we're going to add value to that asset and increase the value of that asset. Then down the road, again according to that business plan, there's going to be an exit of that business or real estate and it's sold at a higher price than what we bought it for and since we have equity in that asset we're also going to realize those profits as well!

The benefits of investing in real estate and businesses are huge! Huge tax benefits, cash flow throughout the deal, you get the profit at the end, and you get to do it all passively. You don't even have to lift a finger. These are some of the reasons why it is such an opportunity to grow your wealth and create a life for you and your family that you deserve!
